This page contains detailed information regarding delivery times, courier services used, payment methods and general terms and conditions related to the sending and receiving of products purchased from the website of Senarro - the official online store of CAP Consult EOOD.

 

1. Order processing

1.1. All orders placed through our website are processed within 24 hours (on business days), after confirmation of the request.

1.2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the first following business day.

1.3. If additional verification is required (for example, if there is suspicion of incorrectly entered data or a problem with the payment), a slight delay is possible, of which the client will be promptly notified.

 

2. Terms of delivery within the territory of Bulgaria

2.1. Deliveries are made via licensed courier companies – Speedy and Econt. The customer has the opportunity to choose a convenient delivery method:
– to an address (specified by the client);
– to the courier's office (optional or closest to the delivery address).

2.2. After handing over the shipment to the courier, the customer receives a notification (via SMS or email) with a tracking number and expected delivery date.

2.3. The usual delivery time is 1 business day after handing over the package to the courier, depending on the location. In remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take additional time.

2.4. Senarro is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control - including, but not limited to: weather conditions, national holidays, courier service workload, etc.

2.5. All shipments are sent with the option to inspect before payment (when cash on delivery is used). In case of damage, the customer should refuse the shipment and notify us immediately.

 

3. Shipping prices

3.1. The delivery price is determined in accordance with the tariff of the selected courier and depends on the weight and volume of the shipment, as well as the selected delivery method (to an address or to an office).

3.2. In the case of campaigns, vouchers or promotional conditions, Senarro may provide free shipping under certain conditions (e.g. minimum order value). These conditions are announced in advance on the site.

 

4. Payment methods

Senarro offers two convenient and secure payment methods on the territory of Bulgaria:

4.1. Cash on delivery – the customer pays the value of the order to the courier upon receipt of the shipment. This method is suitable for customers who prefer to pay in cash or by card on site, upon delivery.

4.2. Payment by debit or credit card – is carried out through a secure online system of a trusted payment operator. The cardholder's data is not stored by Senarro, but is processed directly by a certified payment service provider.

4.3. All prices on the site are indicated in Bulgarian leva (BGN) including VAT. The customer can request the issuance of a tax invoice by providing the necessary data during the order or by contacting us.

 

5. General terms

5.1. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate address and current telephone number, necessary for successful delivery. In case of incorrect information, Senarro is not responsible for any delay or failure to deliver.

5.2. In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to the absence of the recipient or refusal of the shipment without a valid reason, Senarro reserves the right to demand reimbursement of the transportation and processing costs incurred.

6. Exceptions and special cases

6.1. In certain situations (e.g. seasonal load, temporary lack of availability, extraordinary circumstances), Senarro reserves the right to extend the delivery period. In such cases, the customer will be informed in a timely manner.

6.2. Senarro does not currently deliver outside of Bulgaria. In the event of any future changes, this information will be updated on this page.
